  用人单位关心哪些信息

  很多学生认为简历越厚越受用人单位重视,其实这是一个误区,用人单位看简历,只是想从中了解他们想知道的信息。用人单位招聘的工作岗位不同关心的侧重点也不同,但以下几点是用人单位普遍关心的:一是学生的学习能力,学习能力可以通过学生的专业课成绩反映出来,也可用奖学金获得的次数来衡量;第二点是学生的实践能力,用人单位通常认为具有社会活动经验的学生往往比没有社会活动经验的学生能更快适应工作;第三是学校的社团活动经历,学校的社团活动能反映出一个学生的爱好和特长,也能从侧面反映出学生的交际能力;第四是文字表达能力,简历上的文字虽少却能反映出一个学生的`语言组织能力。第五是外语水平,英语过四级是学校对大学生毕业生的基本要求,也是用人单位衡量毕业生基本素质的一个条件。

  为了给自己的简历增添说服力,有些学生将别人的获奖证书换上自己的名字复印后加到自己的简历中。这样做似乎可以使自己看起来更优秀,却不是明智之举,甚至会让自己错失良机。因为正规的用人单位在面试的时候会让毕业生拿各种证书的原件进行验证,一旦用人单位发现证书有假,会有一种被愚弄的感觉,哪怕是各方面都很优秀的毕业生也会被用人单位毫不留情地拒之门外。在这个讲究诚信的社会,诚信是做人第一步,它更能扣职业的大门。

  除了以上几个方面,很多用人单位非常注意从简历的细节之处发现人的优点,比如,版面简捷大方的简历说明求职者熟悉办公软件的使用;语言流畅,没有错别字的简历不仅说明求职者文字表达水平比较高,更说明求职者具有认真、严谨的作风。
