撰写简历的注意事项
1、简历设计巧显个性
人力资源部副经理xxx说，在相同学历条件下，一定要在简历中体现自己的优势来。
比如说，有的同学把自己“英语二、四级”、“计算机二级”、获得过什么资格证都标在了简历的封面上，这样招聘者看简历一目了然，一下就把这份简历挑出来了。相反的，有的同学用了一两页A4纸定自荐信，用了诸如“吃苦耐劳工作勤奋”之类的字眼形容自己，根本体现不出自己的特点，因为这些评价适用于每个求职者。
另一位招聘负责人建议，写自荐信可将主要特长、简历的段落词句用加黑、加粗的字体显示，便于浏览。
2、开门见山介绍自己
在某报业集团人力资源部，记者看到了一位双学士的求职简历;在长达十页的简历中，第一页是封面，第二页是一整页的自荐信，第三页是一整页的学校介绍，第四页是一整页的专业介绍，第五页才介绍个人基本情况。
“翻到第五页才找到我们想看的东西。”招聘负责人表示，直接把个人情况表格放到最前面去，才是最简洁的做法。
这位负责人还说，有的新闻专业的学生复印了大量的实习作品放在简历里，其实没有必要。因为报社在招聘时，看重的是见报文章的质量而非数量，比如文章是否有一定的独到见解、是否为独立署名，这样才更能体现出一个新闻专业学生的专业素质。他还表示，成绩单、各种证书的复印件要备齐，这样比空泛地写自己有多少优点要有力得多。
3、不应聘外企无需通篇英文
一国有单位的`人力资源部招聘负责人xxx指出，有的学生简历里，简历里，英文材料比中文材料要多。HR表示，其实只有外企才会比较注重应聘者用外语表达;应聘国企则无需通篇英文。
简历应对应聘单位有一定的针对性。比如单位到厦门大学的应聘学生就在简历里附了一首诗，内容大概是：欢迎贵单位来欣赏厦大的美丽风光，同时厦大学生也从贵单位的招聘感受到了贵单位务实的作风。
其实，这样的简历就在很大程度上对企业表现出亲和力和针对性，让招聘者眼前一亮。相反的，有的学生主动找上门来想求职，嘴里说对贵企业很仰慕，但一问却对企业一无所知，这样给人的感觉就很不可靠，仅仅是在找一个饭碗而已。
